The Solent Eagles is a children's motorcycle display team based in the South of England, which has been encouraging kids to have fun riding motorcycles but at the same time teaching discipline and team spirit for over 10 years.
Today's team is made up of a mix of both girls and boys between the ages of 5 and 16 years riding motorbikes from 50cc to 250cc.
Solent Eagles practice all year round to perfect their routine and perform at shows and events with displays lasting up to 30 minutes made up of breathtaking cross jumps, fast crossovers, Legs of Man, precision formations and the spectacular cross over fire jump. The displays always pull the crowds and thrill both adults and children alike demonstrating control and timing with an element of danger!
"Solent Eagles is a real team event and extends beyond the children who take part; supported by its manager and trainers, pit and fire crew but also by its family members. One of the teams' aims is to raise funds for children less fortunate than themselves and the team has raised thousands of pounds to help others over the years," said Julie Bonnar, Booking Secretary.
And proud to have performed over the years at many prestigious events including Beaulieu Motor Museum and this year will performing at the following shows: Tadley Treacle Fair, Banbury Rally at Bloxham and the Romsey Show in Hampshire.
