• We require a flat grass or hard surface arena - minimum size of 60m x 60 m.
• The arena must be staked & double roped or have hard barrier fencing.
• Double roping is two lines of rope one above the other, a mtr. gap and then the same again so leaving 60m x 60m internal measurement.
• The Team Manager reserves the right to decide on the day not to perform due to reasons of safety or if arena is not as stated in the contract.
• The display is approximately 30 minutes duration and a p.a. system is required by our commentator, (tape deck c.d. or mini disk is required to enhance the show)
• Adequate parking for a 35ft lorry and 12 cars
• A fee, (p.o.a) per day will be charged for one or two displays on the same day
• The Solent Eagles carry £5,000,000 public liability insurance.
